The Rules of The Imperium Server
Preamble
Imperium has the goal of being a non-toxic, generally calm, PvP and controlled anarchy server. Therefore, these rules have been established and will be enforced by Imperium staff. These rules are not to be enforced by players. Players that feel a need to do something may submit a report in #reports.
Section I - The Rules
- No excessive swearing.
- Punishment: Mute max 1 day, kick, ban max 7 days
- No NSFW and/or illicit content/talk.
- Punishment: Ban (30 day or perm)
- No disrespecting staff while they are on an admin account (does NOT apply to mods, only admins and devs).
- Punishment: Mute (max 1 hour)
- No spamming (5 or more of the same things in less than 2 minutes).
- Punishment: Mute 1 hour
- Keep chats in the correct channel.
- Punishment: Mute for 1 hour
- No possession of a non-natural item (e.g. command block) or duped items without the role of admin or dev.
- Punishment: Ban 30 days. If you confess to duping on initial questioning, it will be lowered to 7 days. If you turn yourself in, it may be dropped at the admin's discretion.
- Don't ask admins for items or to trade, and don't spam admins.
- Punishment: Mute 30 min or kick
- Don't be inappropriate/weird (strange or disturbing), in game or chat.
- Punishment: Mute or 1-7 day ban
- Hacking, of any form, is forbidden.
- Punishment: Ban 7-30 days
Section II - Enforcement
- 1. Violation will result in warning, kick, 7 day ban, or 30 day ban at the discretion of an admin. Mods may warn, kick, or 1 day ban.
- 2. A ban MAY be substituted with a revocation of any and all privileges for the allotted amount of time.
- 3. Consistent offenders MAY BE PERM BANNED.
Section III - Appeals
You may appeal a punishment by making a post in #reports. The outcome of any such appeal will, under most conditions, be final, and no further appeals will be allowed.
